Domain Registration Terms

1. Oryon operates as an authorized domain reseller under an ICANN-accredited registrar. We are not a direct

ICANN-accredited registrar.

2. All domain names registered through Oryon are processed via an accredited registrar and recorded in the

official global registry database of the respective Top-Level Domain (TLD).

3. The Customer remains the legal registrant of the domain name and retains full ownership rights, including renewal,

DNS management, and domain transfer rights (subject to registry policies).

4. There is no difference in domain validity, legal standing, registry status, or technical security whether a domain

is registered directly with a registrar or through an authorized reseller.

5. Oryon provides domain administration support including registration processing, renewals, DNS assistance,

transfers, and billing management as a value-added service.
